The City's Mobile Office visits local communities as part of our commitment to bringing our services to residents and making local government more accessible.
City staff provide guidance and assistance with a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Staff will also provide assistance with logging queries and service requests electronically
